App and Mobile Browser — Same Account
Many users wonder whether a separate account is needed for the app. The answer is no. The t k999 app and mobile browser share the same account and balance. Any bet placed in the phone's browser will also appear in the app — no separate registration or setup is required.
However, the dedicated app does offer some advantages. Match results and promotion updates are delivered directly via push notifications. Navigation is smoother and no screen space is lost to the browser's address bar. The app also caches some data offline, so load times are slightly shorter on a weak network.
- Same login and same balance on app and browser
- A deposit on either one updates the other instantly
- Push notifications available on the app
- Full features available on the mobile browser too
Secure Login and Account Protection on Your Phone
A few simple precautions while using your account on mobile will keep it secure.
Keep Your Screen Lock On
Always keep a PIN, pattern or biometric lock active on your phone. If your phone is lost or gets into someone else's hands, your account will stay protected.
Verify Your OTP
An OTP is sent to your registered number when you log in or make a payment. Never share this code with anyone — t k999 support will never ask for your OTP.
Do Not Share Your Password
Never share your account password with anyone. Change your password regularly and avoid using the same password on other sites.
Use a Secure Network
It is best to avoid logging in or making payments over public Wi-Fi. Use your own mobile data or a trusted network.
For details on logging in, see the t k999 Login page. All account rules are covered in detail in the Terms and Conditions.
Tips for Keeping the App Running Smoothly
A few things to keep in mind to get the best out of the t k999 app. A stable internet connection is important when playing live betting or live casino — games and odds load faster on 4G or a good Wi-Fi connection.
Update the app on time — get updates only from the official channel and avoid third-party sources. New updates generally include performance improvements and new games. Keeping enough free storage on your phone reduces the chance of the app crashing.
- Use a stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection during live betting
- Install updates from the official channel as soon as they are available
- Keep adequate storage and RAM free on your phone
- Get the app from official sources only
